✅ Income Tax Filing Completed: Mission Accomplished! 💼

• We are pleased to inform that the Income Tax filing for Radiance Royale Owners Welfare Association (RRFOWAS) has been successfully completed for the Financial Year 2024–25. 🥳

With transparency and accountability at heart, we continue building confidence and clarity in every step. 💼✨

🔐 Enhancing Security Measures at Radiance Royale

• In response to recent vehicle damage incidents reported in the B Block Stilt area, the Excom and FMS teams swiftly conducted a thorough investigation.
• It was identified that existing CCTV placements didn’t fully capture the affected areas, prompting an immediate action plan. 🎯
• We have since repositioned cameras for wider visibility and installed two additional CCTV units in the B Block Stilt and Basement zones to eliminate blind spots. 📹
• A new camera has also been added at the BBQ entrance steps to ensure safe and responsible use of the area. 🍖
• Your privacy and comfort remain our top priority — no surveillance has been installed on terraces to preserve family space during gatherings. 🤝

🚒 Fire Mock Drill – A Historic First for Radiance Royale! Safety First! 🛡️

• A proud and unforgettable moment — the first-ever Fire Safety Mock Drill was successfully conducted at Radiance Royale this month! 👏
• The event was organized by the Tamil Nadu Fire & Rescue Services, led by Mr. Sathyanarayan, IPS, and Mr. Lokanathan, DFO, with active support from our Association Secretary.
• It was an eye-opening day filled with practical demonstrations and valuable safety lessons for everyone. More than 65 fire service personnel participated. That's teamwork! 🤝
• The Fire Department commended our association for its seamless coordination and arrangements. High five! ✋
