🔧 Repairs, Upgrades & a Cleaner Community:
Several essential maintenance works were completed this month. Damaged tiles in the common bathrooms were repaired, and the doors in both the common areas and the party hall were replaced.

To improve mosquito-control measures, a brand-new Mosquito Fogging Machine was purchased. With a structured periodic fogging schedule now in place, we are working toward creating a healthier and more comfortable living environment for all residents.

✨ Diwali 2025 – A Festival of Light, Unity & Gratitude:
A heartfelt thank you to all residents for ensuring a peaceful and responsible Diwali celebration. The festival was celebrated with joy, unity, and warmth across Radiance Royale.

As part of the celebrations, Diwali gifts were distributed to all our staff members, sharing happiness with the people who support our community every day.

Special appreciation to our Housekeeping Team for their incredible dedication the next morning — the post-Diwali cleanup is always demanding, yet they handled it with commitment and efficiency.

MyGate also delighted our residents by distributing complimentary Diwali gifts. We thank our staff who delivered these gifts door-to-door with a smile.

🚧 Culvert Work – Strengthening Our Connectivity:
Our Joint Secretary and President visited the Radiance Office this month to follow up on the long-awaited culvert construction for our approach road.

Productive discussions took place, and the Secretary will soon share the detailed outcome with all residents. This improvement is a key step toward enhancing safety and access for our entire community.

🏓 New TT Table & a Memorable Tournament:
A new Table Tennis table has been added to our sports facility this month, bringing renewed excitement among residents.

The Sports Committee hosted a spirited TT Tournament for both kids and adults, and the participation was fantastic!
