🚰 OHT Cleaning Completed: All overhead tanks were thoroughly cleaned to ensure clean and reliable water supply throughout the community.

⚡ Transformer Serviced & Repainted: Our community transformer received long-overdue servicing and a fresh coat of paint. As part of the service, 100 litres of oil was filled to ensure optimal performance and safety. Special thanks to Arun Mozhi for his support during the rains and for coordinating with EB officials.

📱 Smart Water Monitoring with Waltr: A Waltr-A Smart Water Level Indicator was installed — a wireless, app-based sensor compatible with all tank types. It allows remote monitoring from anywhere via mobile app.

🥦 Vegetable Stall Rent Waived: To promote community wellness, the monthly rent for the vegetable stall has been waived, enabling easy access to fresh produce for all residents.

🚮 Public Clean-up & Civic Engagement: Our surroundings were cleaned multiple times with support from government officials. Further steps including CCTV installation, street light repairs, and formal escalations to the CM Cell are actively ongoing.

❤️ Community Comes Together for Sugumar's Family: Following an accident involving Mr. Sugumar (Security Staff)’s son, our community quickly came together to raise ₹1.8 lakhs. This timely support was vital for the family’s recovery and reflects the unity and compassion that defines Radiance Royale.

Each gesture and contribution adds strength to our community spirit. May 2025 reminds us that together, we achieve more.
